To properly care for your Probably French 14 or 18k and diamond jewelry, we recommend cleaning it with a jewelry polishing cloth or mild ammonia or vinegar-based cleansing solution. Organic household cleaner works best or a mild dish soap. You can use a very soft toothbrush or cloth but avoid using any abrasive material as it can scratch the gold. Be sure to rinse and wipe gently to dry after cleaning.
If you own a Probably French piece with South Sea Pearls, extra care must be taken when cleaning your jewelry. You can rinse your pearl jewelry in warm water but take extra care not to clean the pearl with any chemical solutions or abrasive cloths. Pearls are porous and can be damaged by anything besides water.
Probably French is not responsible for the maintenance or improper care of your jewelry.
